Initially, the device we received should not have been delivered, which understandably caused some inconvenience. However, after reaching out and going through a few conversations with their team, the Managing Director, Zack, personally stepped in to resolve the issue.
Zack went above and beyond—he arranged to meet us in person and provided a brand-new replacement unit. Not only that, but as a genuine gesture of apology, he also included an additional plug-in unit along with a scent. What really stood out was the time he took to personally walk us through how to use the devices, ensuring we were completely comfortable and satisfied.
The scents themselves are absolutely amazing—high quality, long-lasting, and really transform the space. We've been so impressed that we've already recommended Aroma Trick to others.
