Aromatrick’s Return and Exchange Policy has multiple factors to consider, including, the product type and the time elapsed from the purchase date.

Specifically, Aromatrick’s Policy is as follows:

Trick Devices – Trick Devices can be returned within the 14 days cooling off period for a full refund (starts on the day of purchase, or the date you receive the Trick Device, whichever is the later date). Shipping costs, cancellation costs and installation charges, if any/applicable, are non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping. The Trick Device must be unused and still in its original packaging with all parts and accessories for purchased goods only (Contractual Trick Devices are not applicable). Any Trick Devices that have been altered, modified or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Pure Aroma Liquids – Pure Aroma Liquid can be returned within the 14 days cooling off period for a full refund or exchange as long as the Pure Aroma Liquid bottle is sealed and unopened (starting from the day of purchase or the date you receive the Pure Aroma Liquid, whichever is later). Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once the seal is broken or the Pure Aroma Liquid bottle is opened, the sale is considered final.

Upfront Fees – All fees related to Contract Type Agreements are non-refundable.

Installation, Delivery and Service Fees – Installation, delivery and service fees are non-refundable.

Contract Type Agreements – All Contract Type Agreements are non-refundable and are subject to the terms agreed upon in the agreement.

Promotion/Discount/Sale Items – All promotional items, discounted items and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged. This includes flash sales and promotional offers.

Point of Purchase – Only items that have been purchased directly from Aromatrick, whether through an authorized Aromatrick salesperson or our website, can be returned or exchanged to Aromatrick. Products purchased from other retailers, affiliates or distributers must be returned or exchanged in accordance with their respective exchange, return and refund policy.

Shipping – The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs relating to shipping any product back to us. Please make sure that the item you’re returning is repackaged securely with all cords, adaptors, bottles, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it.

How to Return an Item

To return an item to Aromatrick, please email [email protected]
to request a return authorization (RA). Once you receive the RA, send the unused product back in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Aromatrick is not responsible for any costs related to lost or damaged packages. Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, please allow 10 – 14 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process the refund.

How to Exchange an Item

To exchange an item with Aromatrick, please send an email to [email protected] to request an exchange authorization (EA). Once you receive the EA, fill out the EA form indicating your desired exchange, and then send the unused product back in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product safely. Using trackable shipping is highly recommended, as Aromatrick is not responsible for any costs to lost or damaged packages. Once the product has been received and has passed inspection, please allow 5 – 7 business days from the date we receive the package for us to process the exchange and dispatch any new product. However, if the exchange requires additional payment, Aromatrick will provide a payment link. Once we receive payment authorization, we will ship any new product within 4 business days.
